The Denver Post is reporting, citing several team sources, that Denver Broncos safety Brian Dawkins had surgery to repair a broken hand he suffered Tuesday during practice. Head Coach Josh McDaniels would neither confirm nor deny the report after practice Thursday. Dawkins is expected to miss two weeks.

Denver Broncos 2007 first round pick Jarvis Moss is considering retirement, Fox 31 is reporting. The outside linebacker was a noticeable absence from practice on Saturday. After practice, Head Coach Josh McDaniels said Moss was absent for “very personal reasons.” He did not give any other details.
