Update:  The IAOFM story that we linked to below has been updated: teams trading for Revis would receive the contract clause that prohibits them from using a franchise tag on Revis.  This obviously would make trading for Revis less profitable and less likely to happen. On Thursday, the NFL announced that the 2013 salary cap will be $123 million per team.  According to spotrac.com, the Denver Broncos currently have $119.5 million invested in 2013 salaries.
