Tebow Lands NFL Magazine’s Debut Cover

Set to make its debut on December 13th, the NFL’s new monthly magazine will feature Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow on the cover of the  premiere issue.

Tebow’s no stranger to magazine covers.  He’s been on the cover of Sports Illustrated six times (five times while at Florida, once as a Bronco).  It’s no secret that Tebow is a money maker, and now the NFL is cashing in.

Among the top ten jersey sales in the NFL (6th), Tebow’s No. 15 Broncos jersey has been flying off the shelves.  The Broncos official store probably sells more Tebow merchandise than everything else combined.

Besides Tebow, the National Football League’s first addition of NFL Magazine will also touch on Carolina’s Cam Newton, San Francisco’s Jim Harbaugh and the impact Peyton Manning‘s absence has had on the Colts this season.

The magazine will hit newsstands on Tuesday the 13th, but you can save up to 75% by purchasing a one year, twelve issue subscription at NFL.com/Magazine for just $19.90.

    Cam Newton is NOT a winner! Just look at his record.

    Jim Harbaugh??? He lost to his YOUNGER brother!

    Peyton Manning? Just go away Brett Favre! 

    The only one talked about in that magazine should be Tebow, period!!!

    Cam is ballin’ despite a lousy Defense…

    Jim Harbaugh has done a fantastic job in SF, going worst to firrst…

    And the loss of PM to the colts has been devastating, first to worst…

    Tebow is on the cover, isn’t that enough? When I saw it I thought it was cool just to have a Bronco on the first ever issue.

    Right on :-)… Didn’t seem like you and I kinda figured as much with the loosing to the brother part. But with the way some of the knuckleheads around here say stuff like that and mean it I wasn’t for sure at first… ~shrug~

    I agree with you Dave! Of course with better D as well. I’m not a fan of either myself but if TT had those numbers I’d be more of a believer and hope he gets there.

    With all the hype around TT I have to really give him credit for ‘Always’ giving the whole team credit for what is going on for them right now, which he absolutely should. I think its the ‘politically’ correct thing and he knows that but I really do think he (unlike some here) knows that if it were not for the O-line, McGahee, Decker and equally the Defense they would not be where they are…

    I don’t think he sees this as him in the spot light or on the cover but rather the Broncos as a whole in and on both! That deserves a thumbs up!

    You don’t think he sees himself on the cover?  You think he sees the Broncos as a whole on the cover? Well you know better than anyone that I ain’t I’m no rocket scientist, but I’m pretty sure Tebow does see himself on the cover and not his team mates.  When the headline reads “Tebow Time, NFL’s Hottest Player?”, I’m pretty sure that ol’ Timmy knows its not a tribute to his team mates.

    Tim TEBOW is a great person and a great football player.I’ve been watching Tim when he played for Florida that was a great four years i will never forget.I am glad that Denver gave Tim a  chance to prove himself.I wish Tim a great year and for ever.I love Tim Tebow!
