    This team is a mess. Yes we could have beat the Titans but we could have lost to the Bengals. Bottom line is the roster is bad. I blame Brian XANDERS and Pat BOWLEN. Most people on this site will say it’s McD. Brian XANDERS is the GM. On most teams GM’S make the call on the roster. Most GM’S hire the coach too. Seems like XANDERS does none of this. What does he do? Get a GM in here that has a clue. I love ELWAY but at this point he should just be the owner. BOWLEN is a good man and gave us a lot but at this point Al Davis is running circles around him. That’s sad. As long as XANDERS is around we will be in trouble. Free agency,draft,and salary cap will be an issue.
