John Elway is in Dallas for this Sunday’s Super Bowl and had a chance to sit down with Sirius XM host Chris “Mad Dog” Russo about what Denver Broncos fans can expect from him as the Executive Vice President of Football Operations.

    You can't be “sirius”!

I was in the cloak room with Susie in 3rd grade longer than that. :-)

Haha, lol, yes thank you Sirius XM Radio!

Dude you grew up in a house with a cloak room??? AWESOME!

  • areferee

No, but the old schoolhouse had one. Learned lots of biology in there, my friend. I highly recommend them.

I'm just glad that for the first time since we heard “The Denver Broncos Select…. Knowshon Moreno” we can finally believe in our team's ability to draft Defense.

  • CJ

hahaha i remember hearing that! i almost tackled the TV i was so pissed.

Can you believe we passed up Orakpo!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hansen

I've been in therapy and anger management classes the past two years but after hearing Mr. Elway openly talk defense makes me happy. I think I can stop my weekly visits now.

  • Hansen

Orakpo, BJ Raji, Matthews, and the list goes on and on…….

I too fell out of my seat when we didn't draft Orakpo.

BTW, Green Bay selected BJ before we drafted in the 12th spot. I think he went 9th but I can't recall.

    haha

I understood drafting Moreno, he was supposed to have that Adrian Peterson effect and Orakpo was still a bit rough around the edges for pro football. However, I didn't understand the Dick Quinn and Phonze picks and those make me angry.

  • MrEast

So does that mean you'll be visiting daily? :)

  • anthony33

I got some biology lessons behind the roller skating rink!! Not quite the privacy as a closet, but who cared..

  • Hansen

It may turn into daily visits depending on what happens in April.

    From Wiki:

Brian Orakpo (born July 31, 1986) is an American football linebacker for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Redskins 13th overall in the 2009 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas.

Some of us are hourly…but we get weekend passes!

  • MrEast

Mock drafts and round reports coming in real soon… one in about an hour so. I would stick around!

  • MrEast

That is what I like to hear!

  • Hansen

    Nice! Thank you East.
