Taking a look back at how the Broncos and Chargers fared heading into their pivotal Week 11 matchup.

A lot of Donovan McNabb‘s highly-touted 450 passing yards were garbage yards, but there’s nothing to suggest here that the Broncos can’t put together a decent defensive gameplan against San Diego. If they can stop the run (and SD hasn’t been able to run), they can force Philip Rivers into 3rd-and-longs, pin their ears back, and try to break the career mark they set against Rivers last time with five sacks. Despite the Broncos’ slide and the Chargers’ bounce back, the Broncos have a real chance at winning here with a sound defensive gameplan.

Wow those highlights made me really mad, amazing how a few plays could have been the difference. Too many missed tackles on 3rd, too long for Royal, insanely stupid special teams.. We do match up nicely with the Chargers so I hope we pull it off. What are people hearing about Orton? Needs to be healthy or we need a miracle. Simms wont cut it.
