Very disappointing loss, esp given how well Orton was playing in the first half. Tough stretch in the schedule – had to play 3 weeks in a row, teams coming off bye weeks (SD, BAL, PIT) and then short week to travel to the east coast after last Mon night's game.

Not to make any excuses, but I knew this would be tough to get through. With the exception of the Thanksgiving night game, the rest of the schedule should be more manageable.

Hopefully, Orton won't be out long. Where's Jeff Garcia these days? The rookie also looked good in the preseason. Not sure about Simms. What do others think of him?
