Brandon Marshall

I am not, right now, where I want to be as a player, in my career and even in the season. It has been up and down. I have to be more consistent in the playbook and even on the field. That is what I am trying to work on.

Say what you want about Marshall and his maturity off the field, the boy has the work ethic. He’s young and passionate and he gets caught up in the moment, but he has been learning the lesson that Rod Smith and all of his other mentors have been teaching him. Nothing else matters if you aren’t producing.

    Amen.

No doubt. He better step his game up or Royal will steal his thunder!
That might do him some good.

TO has a great work ethic too…

Also. John Lynch is set to retire from the NFL on Monday

  • Dakota fan

ESPN is reporting that Lynch is retiring as a Buc and as a Bronco per his request. Say what you will about him going to New England after he said what he did when he left Denver: the guy is a class act and the NFL could sure use more like him.

Plus, if I remember way back, Rod Smith had some off the field issues when he was young and dumb (but I can’t remember off the top of my head what they were). If that was the case, he learned his lesson well. Having heard Marshall explain how he realizes now what damage he could have done in Cleveland and own up to it as a mistake, I think he’s making strides.

Okay, maybe baby steps- but he’ll get there.

Tatum Bell got #21 from some weird guy on the PS. John Lynch is gonna retire, the Falcons are undefeated at home…….

I just don’t understand! Why did the Pats dump Lynch??? And why didn’t [and don’t] the Broncos sign him back!???
Say what you wnat ‘he’s lost a step…bla, bla, bla’ he the smartest hardest hit’n best saftey in the NFL!
    I’ll miss him a ton

look at the picture in the link, and tell me if he lost his heart for the game

We’re not bringing Lynch in because we need a safety who can be good in coverage. We don’t really have that, but Lynch wouldn’t give us that.

Stokely is getting all kinds of credit for stopping BM and he showed some great leadership. However, BM quickly relenting shows amazing class. Can anyone see Chad 85 giving up his shenanigans?

That single act of humility gave me a bit more confidence in BMs future and the Broncos’.

Work ethic and saying the right things are two entirely different things see Johnson, Larry. Brandon Marshall needs to drink some Eddie Royal juice, period….

Royal won rookie of the week

Lynch got dumped by the Pats because he doesnt have what it takes to be an impact player anymore. and Lynch wouldnt come back to Denver because of the trainwreck Shanahan has made this team. Lynch saw that and he wanted out.yeah Lynch has lost more then one step. and he can hit, so what? cant hit anyone if you cant catch them. just because a guy can hit doesnt make him a good player. Lynch used to be a COMPLETE safety. now he has lost a few steps and cont play anymore. there’s a reason why no other team is trying to sign him and why the Pats cut him. because he doesnt have it anymore!
