Without a pick in the 4th round, the Denver Broncos finally went defense on the third day of the draft picking Perrish Cox (5’11”, 195 lbs.) out of Oklahoma State with the 137th overall pick.
Cox is regarded as one of the premiere return specialists in this years draft, but fell on draft boards after being suspended from the Cotton Bowl for violating team rules. He was also not invited to Oklahoma State’s pro day for this same reason.
