Denver Broncos Executive Vice President of Football Operations John Elway was interviewed by ESPN’s Adam Schefter to talk Peyton Manning and Tim Tebow in this latest video.

    Enjoyed Elway’s take on Manning’s future with the Broncos (could play until he’s 41, 42, 43?) and acknowledging that Tebow had a lot to do with making the Manning signing possible.

    John Elway looks tired and slightly tread-bare from recent events.  The only one I’ve seen recently that looks worse is Sean Payton from the “Mutiny on the Bounty Boys”.  Neither one are used to the level of criticism leveled at them in recent days.  It seems to have taken a toll on both.

    Loved Elway when we signed him back in the day and same now. Even with out the PM thing I’ve always been glad he has come back to be a Bronco again. He’s at home and with out question still knows what Denver is all about and what the fans are like. No one can criticize him more than he took through his playing days, especially the early days. I believe in him now as much as I did back then! No game was ever really out of reach as long as John was around. I miss that and believe we’ll have it again with Peyton in the house.

    I’m really excited and while I’m one that never wants summer to end I cant wait for the draft and then the season to start. We have so much to look forward to.
