Usually I post a game recap minutes after the game clocks move to 0:00… but since I’m at the game today that isn’t possible. I wrote this post beforehand and scheduled it for you all to talk about the game. Hopefully you’re all busy chatting about an amazing Denver Broncos victory with dreams of Super Bowls dancing in your heads!

If not, that’s okay. It’s all about the playoffs. I can’t wait to get back to you all and talk about what transpired in this pivotal game. Dish about it here!

Some so called fans are going to rip the Broncos to shreds over this game but despite the loss and the obvious disappointment, I was actually pretty happy with a lot of what I saw. Had we just eliminated a few bad plays and some dumb penalties… in other words if we had been on our A game today, we would have hung with the Patriots.

It was a good learning experience for a mostly young football team so hopefully we come back next week better for it. I think we will.

    Go Broncos!

Yes! Thank you.  Love the positivity.

It was not like we were crushed, turnovers just shot us in the foot.  I also think not having Dawkins on defense was a huge factor.

Hopefully we rebound next week in Buffalo.

Simply too many turnovers, too many penalties and the Pats pretty much neutralized Von Doom.  Oh yeah, Brady was, well Brady.

We had a chance, but mistakes killed us.  Pats are damn good.

Turnovers and penalties, we lost in all three phases. Can’t hang this one on any one person.

We have to win next week no doubt.  It will interesting to how we respond now the that the bubble has popped.  We need Dawk back.

I think Dennis Allen neutralized Miller more than the Patriots did.  It seemed like he was in pass coverage just as often — if not more — than he was rushing the passer, which I found frustrating.

There wasn’t much pressure on Brady the entire game, which wasn’t gonna help them win the game.

Dawkins back will be huge (IMO).

It was a team loss no doubt. We beat ourselves with fumbles and muffed kicks. We played exactly like we needed to but the turnovers made it way to easy for Brady to control time of possession. I think we can stick with any team if we play our best through 4 quarters.

Did anyone else scream at the tv when brady kept dumping it off to the tight ends that were uncovered for huge gains?

Yep.  If you watch the defense, Dawk is always out there directing traffic before the ball is snapped.  Without him and Mcgahee, we are not the same team.

I knew it was going to be a long game when we muffed the point after snap.  Geesh.

Miller should be playing in a 3-4 to be best utilized
