In response to the notion of the "SI cover jinx," SI's Jim Trotter said "Tebow and the Broncos were on the cover a few weeks ago and have won (since then)."
- The Denver Broncos on Tuesday signed cornerback Tony Carter to their active roster and waived safety Kyle McCarthy, it was announced. Also on Tuesday, the Broncos waived/injured linebacker Derek Domino, who was previously on Denver’s injured reserve list. [Teams Official Blog]
