Tebow needs offensive training from a great quarterback coach who will teach him how to practice aim in the pocket, focus, hit quick routes, and shine every now and then by using his special talent of running when the defense slips. Because everytime the defense does slip on the line, he will shine but at practice he needs to focus on his aim.
