Broncos Release Three, Including Buckhalter

Per the official team website the Broncos released three players from the 2010 campaign late Friday afternoon.  They include the veteran running back Correll Buckhalter, Tight End pickup Daniel Coats, and runningback Mike McLaughlin.  Buckhalter being the most notable of the three, his absence may be noticed in 2011 if the Broncos aren’t able to replace his 3rd down skill set.  It was Buck who was crucial in the late game drives against Houston, helping Tim Tebow instrument a 4th quarter comeback.  Correll finished that game with 42 yards rushing, 50 receiving, and 2 touchdowns, one on the ground and one through the air.
