…And Then Cool Down?

Rocky Mountain News reports that the trade for Al Wilson that had been heavily speculated the past 48 hours is now off. Apparently Wilson even flew to New York for a physical, which he failed, ending the trade negotiations on the spot.

The real news here? The Broncos are really, really serious about moving Wilson. My heart breaks. I’m sure Wilson will get traded somewhere now. I’m just glad we’re not getting something like Justin Tuck and a 4th-round pick for him, which was rumored earlier.
