Denver Broncos sign DT Terrance Knighton

It’s been a busy week day hour in Dove Valley. Signed are LB Steward Bradley and a little player with a big name — Wes Welker.

And now, just signed is a big player with a smaller name — defensive tackle Terrance Knighton. Knighton, a 330-lb. run stuffer, hails from Jacksonville, meaning he’ll be reunited with Jack Del Rio in Denver.

Broncos Executive John Elway announced the two-year deal on Twitter.

Combined with the re-signing of Kevin Vickerson, the Broncos improved defensively early in free agency. What a week day hour, eh Broncos Country?!
