Film Room: RaiderTalk’s JaMarcus Russell Mix

It’s always fun to go back and look at some of the great players who have come and gone in Oakland Raiders history.  Today, we’re going to take a look at some film of former Raiders quarterback JaMarcus Russell.

We at RaiderTalk were excited about Russell coming out of college, as was the team.  More film of Russell after the jump.

With the Raiders, Russell never turned out to be as good as we hoped he would have, but he still has potential to make a come-back down the road.

After being released by the Raiders, Russell sat down with ESPN’s Josina Anderson to inform the world that he is a changed man and deserves a second-shot at football.  Russell also noted that he would not be willing to change his position and would not be willing to try playing in the UFL before returning to the NFL.
