Elvis Dumervil

The Denver Broncos finally received some good news on the injury front Wednesday. Several players who missed Sunday’s game against Cincinnati due to injury were on the field practicing Wednesday in preparation for the Tennessee Titans.

Starting wide receiver Brandon Lloyd, running back Knowshon Moreno, defensive end Elvis Dumervil, and linebacker D.J. Williams all returned to practice Wednesday, per several reports. This leaves Champ Bailey as the most prominent player to still miss time.

Other absentees include WR Eddie Royal and TE Julius Thomas, who were injured Sunday and will be out at least two weeks. DT Marcus Thomas and WR Demaryius Thomas continue to miss time.

Having those four back, particularly Lloyd and Dumervil, will be a huge boost for this team. Let’s cross our fingers they’ll get through the week healthy and that a few more Broncos could join them.

That’s too bad Knowshon is back.  I was hoping he was out for a few more weeks.  Glad to hear DJ is back, that should definitely help.

Don’t worry knowshon won’t be back on the field for long. He will get hurt again or just ask out of the game after every carry he gets. Orton is though to watch sometimes but knowshon has him beat by a mile. Orton works with what he has and gives us everything. Knowshon gives us nada. We need to get rid of the soft players on this team. You don’t want to play hurt? You don’t want to be on the field on every down? You can hit the road.

Geez you guys are tough on ol Knowshon, I will be the first to admit that he has been a disappointment so far,  but he is still a young guy with a lot of potential to improve.  Give the kid a break, and he might surprise you guys

Good point, we should only have to put up with watching Moreno for 1-2 quarters before he goes down.

Get Tiki on the team. A player who is hungry,a chip on his shoulder, and maybe broke. Bet he shows Knowshon how to run inside, outside, catch the ball out of the backfield, and pick up a blitz. Bet he could show him a a few things in the weight room too. Knowshon has done none of this in the NFL. Tiki would carry it 25 no problem this Sunday walking off the street. We can’t get anything from Knowshon. If Willis goes down put Tebow in the backfield. More no needs to go before Kyle.

Somebody take a bat to knowshon’s knee.

Lol at everybody talking about NOshon! I actually couldn’t agree more, also I think Lance ball looked good last week we should give him more carries.

before we put Tebow in at the end of last year, Knowshon looked like the only player trying.

I agree: give him a break

Wish Peter King would announce no more Knowshon in Denver.

I’m happy that Doom, Champ and BLloyld is back. But I don’t really give a damn about Knowshon. He’s too slow, inconsistent and injury prone.
