Dolphins Marshall Football

On the field, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brandon Marshall is as productive as they come.  Off the field however, he’s had a hard time staying out of trouble.

The latest incident:  he was stabbed in the stomach on Friday by his wife, Michi Nagomi-Marshall, who married Marshall in 2010.  Mr. Marshall reportedly had minor surgery, but his injuries were not life-threatening.  His wife was arrested on Friday evening, the day it happened, and was released today, on $7,500 bond.

Mrs. Marshall confessed to police that she stabbed Marshall with a kitchen knife – in self-defense, while Marshall himself testified that he slipped and fell on a broken glass vase (you’ve used the “I slipped” line before, Marshall, and it didn’t hold up).

Marshall was previously arrested in March of 2009 when fighting with Nagomi, who at the time was his fiancé.  Marshall was released from the hospital on Saturday morning. The sheriff’s office said the case remains under investigation.

We wish Brandon a speedy recovery.  This certainly won’t help his tarnished image.  Thanks to Fan From Spain for the link to the article.

I haven't been stabbed like that since Josh McDaniels came to Denver. Now you see why I beat on women.

I actually feel bad for Marshall, in 2007 his Dad tried to run him over, he threw rocks at his girlfriends car, and Willie E. Clark tried to kill him when he murdered Darrent Williams (R.I.P.). And now this.

He must be some kind of huge jerk, because people are always trying to kill him! Who am I to judge though, I don't know the situation.

He really needs someone to come along and help him out.

I can't say I feel sorry for him. He has had every opportunity in the world to turn things around, but clearly does not get it.

His first story was he slipped and fell on a vase, really??? Does anyone now believe the McDonald's bag story now?

One the few correct moves McD made was getting rid of him.

    Been working a lot. You?

Brandon is a train wreck away from football, but man I miss watching defenses fail to stop him.

My dad always told me, crazy is always fun to screw but hell to live with. Brandon, get rid of that nut-bar woman before she kills you.

Didn't Rod Smith try helping him out? Without trying to kill him.

Suffering along with the boredom of the off season, the lock out and the round-robin “mocking” of the draft board ad nauseam!

    Just missed your humor.
