BaileyHallelujah, right? The Broncos have until Feb. 23rd to franchise tag Bailey, although the Denver Post suggests Denver’s not heading in that direction.

Denver has resumed contract talks with 10-time Pro Bowl cornerback Champ Bailey, but things don’t look very promising as he is now planning to sell his Littleton, Colorado home.  The Broncos, however, want him to stay. “We’ve had some dialogue there,” said Broncos Head Coach John Fox. “There have been discussions. He’s a guy we definitely want to bring back.”

The question is, how much do they want him back?  If Denver doesn’t come up with a contract Bailey and his agent can agree on, Champ may not be a Bronco for much longer.

Broncos’ Bailey Puts Littleton Home on the Market, Contract Talks Could Stall [BroncoTalk]

This is good for the Broncos, he is still a top CB and will easily slide into Safety when it is time, his tackling technique is perfect and he has the smarts and drive to excel at any DB position.

Sounds like sanity finally prevails at Dove Valley. I hope they get it done.

Looks like Champ just put his house up for sale. Not a good sign even though it looks like posturing. Sign CHAMP!!!!

Now there is a twitter from Josina Anderson saying that he has Littleton home up for sale. That doesn't seem like a good sign. I would love for him to stay, but can't be mad at him if he wants to go somewhere where he can win a SB.
