Just Doing our Part

When 1-800-THE-LOST got in touch with us about a dire case of a person missing for some 12 years, we were happy to help.  Apparently, a picture of the lost person was seen on our web site, and the folks there asked for our help to put the pieces together.

Here is the picture the organization has had on file for over a decade now:

It’s simply tragic that it took this long for a reunion. The picture, along with the description of a flamboyant poser who isn’t all there, led us to only one possibility. We can proudly say we’re sure we got the guy.

    DANG IT, you figured me out Desert. I’ve been running this Broncos blog for nearly two years now as a cover for my uber-man crush on the Chargers QB. Guilty as charged.

    Seriously, Rivers is not the guy you all think he is. He plays the game to have fun and part of that fun is jawing with the opponents and occasionally the fans. Everyone saw him running off the field in Indy during the playoff game and you couldn’t hear what he was saying and the announcers were implying the worst. I saw a clip later of that and you could hear what he was saying. The Indy fans were cursing him as he ran off and he told them ” I’ll be back!.” NO F you’s or anything like that. Of course the injury was not one he could come back for at that game and they won it with Volek. The dang guy doesn’t even cuss period. Should he just play and shut up probably, but we don’t know what is being said to any player by anyone during a game on the field, and as a Chargers fan if that is his way of staying up in a game then have at it PR. But really, some are trying to label the guy something he clearly isn’t.
    I know this is fun for other teams fans and it will give you lots of enjoyment for the next 10 or 12 years he is in the league, but it really is a waste of your time. You want to shut him up, then put together a team that can beat him.
