Lost in the mania surrounding Jay Cutler trade rumors and the signing of Pro Bowl safety Brian Dawkins was a pair of signings addressing the defensive tackle position. They were briefly mentioned in other posts, but I thought I’d give them their fair due here. The Denver Broncos announced the additions of Ronald Fields on […]

Jay Cutler will remain a Denver Bronco. That simple statement should have never been in question, but after four days of escalating rumors, news stories, sports talk radio, forum fodder and conversations around the blogosphere (sorry), Head Coach Josh McDaniels reaffirmed that Cutler will not be traded under any circumstances. “Let me be as clear […]

I’m calling on my inner Woody Paige for this, and I’m writing an editorial on this past week’s debacle which has shaken the foundation of the league. As my fellow BT writer Jonathan Douglas aptly put it, a plethora of Denver fans are starting to lose that lovin’ feeling. My thoughts were this: This feeling is because […]
I don’t know about you, but this weekend has really messed me up. I’m just not FEELING the way I normally do about the Broncos and that has me really worried… worried I’ve somehow ‘fallen out of love’ with the Orange & Blue. Now before I get flamed for not being a TRUE fan, let […]

An interesting tidbit nugget bombshell in Peter King‘s latest edition of MMQB regarding the Jay Cutler fiasco over the weekend – Cutler might have asked the Broncos for a trade after offensive coordinator Jeremy Bates moved on to USC. UPDATE: It now appears […]

Adam Schefter and Solomon Wilcots both state that Josh McDaniels is doing an amazing job in picking up players so far. – NFL.com NFL Network’s take on the Jay Cutler situation. […]

It’s good to know that despite all of the controversy 32 year old Josh McDaniels had to endure today he still kept to the task at hand.  Adam Schefter reports that Denver signed cornerback Andre Goodman to a 5 year 25 million dollar contract that includes 10 million guaranteed. Even though Goodman is 30 years old he […]

NFL Network’s Adam Shefter finally stated that Jay Cutler is not on the trading block (I know many of you will only truly believe it if Schefter says it himself). Now CBS4’s Vic Lombardi is reporting that there is a scheduled sit down talk between Cutler and “high ranking officials of the organization” (i.e. Josh […]
