If sportsbooks company Cantor Gambling has it right, the Denver Broncos will win between seven and 11 games in 2012. The Vegas lines-setter has now posted odds for 240 of the 256 regular season NFL games (all but Week 17).

A few notes from the 2012 Broncos spreads below:

  • The Broncos open at home as two-point favorites to the Pittsburgh Steelers, but then are only favored once more before their bye in Week Seven.
  • Home teams are favored in 11 of the Broncos’ contests. Three of the games are pick-em games, so the away team is only favored once in Denver’s 2012 season.
  • The biggest predicted deficit for the Broncos is against New England in Week Five (+7). The largest predicted advantage is at home against Oakland and Tampa Bay (each -8.5).

We knew the Denver Broncos 2012 schedule was tough, and this just confirms it. A 2-4 or 3-3 start to the season would be rather brutal though; Broncos better have their upset caps on early in 2012.

Agree, disagree with these odds? Let us know in the comments.

If the Broncos got to the bye at 3-3, I think they would be in pretty good shape.  Other than the Ravens, I think the Broncos should win most of their games after the bye.  It will take at least six games for this team to find their groove

I think the Broncos will be better than most people think. We will always have a good chance with Peyton. And I think our defense will be better, plus will be more rested during the games, which wiil help a lot in the third and fourth quarters. If they don’t have a double digit winning record, I would be very surprised. Go, Broncos!!!

I came over to Denver with Peyton and this team looks pretty good !  Manning will have options here he didn’t have in Indy.  It will take a few 3-4 games to get settled, but I’m predicting they’ll end out with 9-7 or 10-6 season…good offense, good defense and decent draft picks !  This could be a real fun season to watch…Go orange !!!

denvers d is the key, with peyton we will put points on the board..unlike last year.can we put pressure on q-backs,i think so we, now have great corners,i think that well help the defensive line, this year you will see a better peyton than in indy…
