  • Clemson defensive end and NFL Draft prospect Da’Quan Bowers is going to have a private workout with the Denver Broncos sometime after his after his April 1st pro day.  The workout will give the Broncos a chance to get a good look at the status of his knee, which recently underwent arthroscopic surgery.   • The team has already worked out LSU’s Patrick Peteron and Texas A&M linebacker Von Miller and Denver is expected to conduct workouts with top defensive tackle prospects Marcell Dareus of Alabama and Nick Fairley of Auburn in the near future.  [NFL.com]

    Von Miller is our man. Yeah, he looked like a clone of Dumervil rushing on the outside the last two seasons; but he also did great at the Senior Bowl in a true linebacker role. If you don't pick him you will be kicking yourself for it as he builds a hall of fame career. Just like those who passed on Fitzgerald and Petersen. He's a gamer and a can't miss.

    I agree on Bowers. Pass. All I saw in film was a huge guy who was decent at getting extension but showed no skills in hand fighting and for the most part was unblocked and run away from then backs would cut back into him. Paeia would be better if we just need a big body.

    Acer i totally agree on von miller. he's dynamite. im a lil scethy not taking a DL instead of a LB at #2. denver needs lineman bad, especially in a 4-3 where most of your front push comes from the lineman.
