Oakland RaidersRecord: 2-4
Streak: Lost 1
All-time vs. Denver: 56-41-2
Last time: Raiders, 20-19, 2009
The Line: Broncos by 7

The Denver Broncos and Oakland Raiders will meet for the 113th time Sunday (including regular, postseason, and preseason matches). Kickoff at INVESCO Field at Mile High is set for 2:15 p.m. MDT.

Who’s hot: Tight end Zach Miller. Miller netted only two catches in Week 6, but they were for 26 and 22 yards respectively. He had 17 receptions for a whopping 184 yards and two touchdowns in the two weeks before that. Miller was a big part of Bruce Gradkowski‘s success, so look for Oakland to try and get him more involved with whomever is calling the signals Sunday.

Who’s not: Oakland quarterbacks. Perhaps more specifically, Oakland quarterbacks not named Bruce Gradkowski. Gradkowski had the hot hand, but his injured shoulder will more than likely keep him out of Sunday’s matchup. Meanwhile, Jason Campbell has been a gross disappointment (who’s also nursing a knee injury) and Kyle Boller has become a journeyman backup. The Raiders’ pass offense is 23rd in the league.

Matchup to watch: Left tackle Ryan Clady vs. defensive lineman Richard Seymour. The latter famously pulled on the Bronco’s hair during their first match of 2009, in which Clady dominated Seymour en route to NFL record books. Clady’s given up a number of sacks since, but watching these 300-lb. giants go at it is always a fun microcosm of this storied rivalry.

I cant wait to watch Rolando McClain get out-run and blow coverage in this game. I still dont get why he was rated so highly in the draft. He was very overrated (just watch his highlight/lowlight vid on Youtube). Thank god the Broncos got Bay-Bay instead!

The more important factor may be the return of Darren McFadden who has been very good in his few appearances this season. Jason Campbell is also undefeated against Josh McDaniels (in only one contest of course). Seems like the Raiders have the Broncos number at least once per season, would be great to get two against Oakland this season though.
