When I think Dicky Lions, I think damn that kid can golf!

  • kerry

damn. just when i thought Chris Brown was the next Barry Sanders.

oh sorry just trying to be a kool-aider like the rest.

  • http://broncoszone.blogspot.com/ Jon

Thank you Mom and Dad for not naming me “Dicky”

  • Tonya

Unfortuantely, being a Bronco fan that actually supports the team isn't being a “kool-aider like the rest” any more. Now people like you are the new trend and it's become very obvious that to hate on the Broncos is to be a “kool-aider”.

Your not trendy, just a negative nancy trying to put everyone else down who likes to actually enjoy their team.

  • Roy88

    Amen to that!!

  • Andrew E.

    Is kerry a boy's or a girl's name?

  • iskabibble

damn Kerry your comments are predictable, tiresome, and worthless.

  • NavyBSU_fan

This is nothing more than a camp body move. We have two receivers that are going to make the team sitting on the sidelines with injured feet. we need a wide receiver that will not make the team more than we need a running back who will not make the team.

  • 12508

Now if we would just get rid of the GM we could go places.

  • vmec

    little dicky!!

  • Jeff

Barry Sanders played for Oklahoma State, not Oklahoma. If you are going to poke fun at the Broncos (again)…make sure you have your facts right.

  • TD30isMVP

Where I grew up you would take out a loaf of bread and throw it in the water and all the carp would come up and eat it by the hundreds, that's all Kerry is doing, throwing a loaf of Sarcasm in and watching the carp. You are right though even if we win the Superbowl most of the posters now would be like- “McFluke can't win another won”, “Mclucky would have won by more if he wouldn't have chased out Cutler and Marshall”. Miserable is the new happy, didn't you know?

  • TJ

I just can't believe there are already this many people commenting on undrafted “camp fodder” rookies. C'mon man!!

  • MrEast

Hahaha that's the most awesome analysis I've heard all week.

  • NavyBSU_fan

Too true TJ. But what else do we have to talk about this time of year?

If we are still talking about this in Mid September saying, “remember when we cut Chris Brown for Dicky? Those were the good ol days” then we will be in real trouble.

  • NavyBSU_fan

    thanks, East

  • kerry

i know exactly where Barry Sanders played. where they went to college had ZERO relevance in my post. learn reading comprehension.

  • TJ

There's PLENTY to talk about, people! How about who will fill in for Clady at LT to start the season? I just don' think he'll be ready to go by then. How is Ryan Harris doing with HIS injury rehab? Who will the starting Center be? Will Doom ever get paid or has becoming a Pro Bowl player become a punched ticket out of Denver? What the hell do we do with 4 QB's?!?! Why the HELL do the Broncos ALWAYS get the shaft on opening day and have to play on the road (and being on CBS is a B.S. excuse)? Just a few things to talk about.

  • omniscientorange

I'M amazed that more do not remember some of our best players in the past started out much the same…Mecklenburg…Smith (the real one)…sticking with offense how about Mark Jackson (I know…but 6th round pick at 174 lbs…not many gave him a snowball's chance and look…he caught the game tying touchdown to start “The Drive” and built a career off it)…how about TD…all these could have been questioned but we didn't have internet to speculate 24/7 so we just got to kick back and enjoy what we saw as the expected…give them a chance…if you can play you can play period

  • omniscientorange

I agree and wish the media would focus more on those topics in their writing…seems like they did before the internet came along…reading the paper was intersting when I was a kid in Denver…now mostly speculative articles with little merit or….??

  • Will_StL

    learn logic?

  • WhidbeyBronco

You still getting picked on here?

  • iskabibble

    Bitchin' over minutia again, Kerry?

  • NavyBSU_fan

    TJ,

Absolutely! Let's talk about that, too.

  • Broncos for President 2012

    lmao that is awesome!

  • kerry

nah. just trying to get into my best kool-aid form.

  • 12508

This is going to sound insane but here i go. Ever play fantasy football? Would you take a chance on any of your picks? No. You would take the best player on the board or the best player at a position you need. Look at the teams that do well in the NFL. Teams who draft very well year after year. Teams can turn it around. Arizona and the Jets are just 2 examples. New people in the front office that know what they are doing. Several teams stink every year. Why? Draft picks. Raiders and Chiefs. Both of these teams drafted better this year and you will see the results in 2010. Im a Bronco fan from NY and that is not going to change. I just cany wait until our GM is out the door. Josh can coach. I think he can be one of the best. I can go on and on about the mistakes this GM has made. Just going to give you a few. Boldin went to the Ravens for a 5th. We need some help at RB and didnt sign Jones. Need a center Mawae is still out there. He is like 47 but so what. He can play. Alan Faneca can play. Instead we go into the draft trying to plug these holes with rookies. We could have used the picks to help our front seven. Hope im wrong.
