Ryan Harris

Whether the Denver Broncos make the playoffs or not, starting right tackle Ryan Harris won’t be available.

The Denver Post reports that Harris is done for the season after he aggravated the left toe dislocation Sunday he originally suffered over a month ago in Baltimore. Harris started all 16 games in 2008 and the first seven games this season.

Tyler Polumbus will continue to start in Harris’ place.

Polumbus was sketchy at first, but he has played much better of late. While Harris’ loss is a big blow, the Broncos are fortunate to have a capable backup to take his place.

Whether Polumbus is a playoff-capable backup, though, remains to be seen.

Ryan Harris is a huge loss! Tyler is nowhere near as capable…This will really hurt our chances against those stinking Colts next weekend. Who is the retard doctor that cleared him to play too early? This will take at least 1 second off Kyle's time to release the ball…And, we all know what happens to Kyle when he is pressured too early. Very disappointing!

This is a huge loss for us, I could probably only name 4 or 5 RT tackles better then Harris. He'd could possibly be half of the teams starting LT, big loss, everything starts in the trenches. Lets hope Polumbus can step in and man up.

Come back to Earth, guys. Harris didn't play against the Giants, did he? I think the Broncos did pretty OK in that one, and if you look at the Colts record as to who they've beat (only three teams with a winning record), they're probably no better then the Giants.

I'm more excited for the freeny vs. clady matchup. I think Tyler is doing just fine.

    Agreed.

And I would like answer to Dan's question; 'Who is the retard doctor that cleared him to play too early?'
