  • CHARGERSOWNEM!

    Haha way to go guys!

  • CHARGERSOWNEM!

It is a beautiful thing to watch a team selfdestruct like the broncos have these past few weeks. They definatly do not deserve to be in the playoffs

  • dbroncos

I can’t believe this happened! A close loss I could take but this…

  • B-man12

Time to clean house coach, D line,Dbacks

  • http://www.cosmicweather.com Kelly in Carolina

Please use some draft picks for defense next year, like most of them! We need a great Safety, a great linebacker, and a great D-Tackle!

  • merc22

WE NEED TO GET HAYNESWORTH ALOT OF MONEY OUR D IS HORRIBLE

  • Broncofan89031

I am a die hard Denver Bronco fan but I have to tell you I have been very disappointed the last 5 years!!! It’s time for a new headcoach and a real team that wants to play and not a bunch of injured babies And what is it with this kicker he can’t even make an extra point kick COME ON!!!! What happened to the Denver Broncos being one of the #1 Defense teams and Never letting the Raiders of all teams beat us. We really need a BIG change next year and I hope Elway dosen’t just sit back and let (His) team go down to Raider status is where we are headed. Again I am a die hard Bronco fan and always will be but WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!

This is worse than the playoff loses to Indy. I’m so ill right now, I’m going to have take bit of time off to compose myself… I’m just not ready to talk yet about ‘next year’.

    :(

  • DepressedSF

we can analyze all day and night. Debate, discuss, and argue. We can complain about being disrespected (anyone remember all of that talk before Carolina?). But it all comes down to one simple truth. We are an embarrassment. We are an embarrassment to football, and everything the spirit of sports represents. No excuses please. Nothing about injuries and being young. No band aids. No looking at this through rose colored, or should i say orange, colorged glasses. We just suck. We really, really, really suck.

  • DepressedSF

But here is a positive; nice job Tatum Bell. Here’s wishing you don’t have to go back to work at the phone kiosk.

Wow, the Donkeys CHOKED big time. Ed Hochuli is officially off the hook. Maybe next year Denver fans…NOT!!!

If 8-8 is an embarassment what would we be if we went 4-12? How about 2-14? How about 0-16?

Let’s face it, the team was mediocre. Embarassment is kind of an overstatement.

There’s a bunch of teams that did a lot worse than we did.

  • DepressedSF

Come on man. You don’t feel embarrassed right now? You don’t think the team should feel embarrassed right now? Yes, 8-8, when you had a three game lead with three games to go for the division is an embarrassment. Letting a team put 52 on you when it matters is an embarrassment. If you disagree I don’t know what to say.

This is the worst defense in the NFL by far. Fire the entire defensive coaching staff and start over. Need 6-10 new players on defense next year, preferably one’s that tackle and have some fricken heart. Webster sucks. the entire secondary stinks and the defensive line is non-exsistent. There is no toughness, no Romanowski’s, Atwater’s or Wilson type of players to build around. Bailey and Willams are decent, but not the type of players you build around.

Sign Sproles and Ward (Giants) for the O and they’ll be set (need a center for the future as well.

Use Bailey, Williams and Marshall as potential trade bait if the right player or two is available.

Special teams suck too. O’brien has to go. Prater has gotten progressively worse and now he can’t kick a simple extra point or get the ball to the end zone on kick-offs (supposedly) his strength.

I still still like Shannahan as he is a great coach. Offense is always very good. He needs to get outside help, advice or better scouts to fix the defense. If no improvement next year then you have to rethink the whole situation. I’ve said it before, and I know it’s much easier said than done, but you need coaches that can coach up. Take less than average talent and get them to play to at least middle of the pack, and take average talent to play top third, and good talent to be top 10. there HAS to be somebody out there.
