One year ago today I emailed Broncotalk.net’s owner, administrator, author and general ‘man behind the curtains,’ Kyle Montgomery. Kyle and I had communicated a lot over the previous months as both of us were running Bronco Fan Blogs. But on August 20th last year, shortly after Kyle had posted an entry asking for additional contributors, I asked if he would be willing to merge our two blogs into one site. Kyle made that happen almost immediately.
For those of you that haven’t read Kyle’s bio in the ABOUT page, Kyle is currently working on campus and attending Northern Arizona University. In addition to those responsibilities, he is married (luckily) to his very understanding wife, Michelle. Kyle works, studies and takes care of his wife, 4 dogs and five cats… and runs BroncoTalk.
That’s quite a feat. And I, for one, am extremely grateful that he has created and maintains this awesome resource for Bronco fans around the world to get breaking news, team information and sometimes a laugh or two. Most importantly, Kyle has created a space on the web for us fans to come together and chat, debate and virtually hang-out with each other.
On this one year anniversary of my joining the team here at BroncoTalk, I just wanted to say Thank You, Kyle for allowing me to participate in the fastest growing and most popular Broncos Fan site on the web.
For all that you do, we the fans of BroncoTalk, salute you!

thanks for providing the most up-to-date broncos news. i’d be lost without this website. thanks again. on another note, did you guys notice the game d. hixon had the other night against cleveland? thoughts? granted it is preseason…

I just want to extend a heartfelt thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to this site and the rest of the Bronco Nation. I spend all day in a cubicle like most of our fellow readers. Every time I get a spare moment, I hit up this site for info. You guys are always right on top of everything! Keep it up!
Oh, and GO BRONCOS!!
This site is outstanding in so many ways, especially for us long-distance bronco fans. The posts are well thought out and timely and the analysis blends the right amounts of careful optimism and honest criticism. Well done!

I emailed Kyle several weeks ago stating my appreciation for this site. It’s far and above THE BEST place to go for Bronco info. It’s great to blog and banter with fellow lovers of the team, as well.

When Andrew Mason left, there was a great emptiness for a while. Thanks to he current BroncoTalk, that void has been filled. Much appreciated.
Thanks guys, Broncos fan from Houma, La (45 minutes) south of New Orleans. So without ya, I’m in the dark about whats happening in Broncoland!
As a fan stranded in Raiderland (I can’t avoid ‘em– was in LA when they were there, too) I am immensely appreciative. On the other hand, Kyle, my wife is none too happy with you all and my employer doesn’t know you exist (I hope.) The last thing I really needed (though it’s everything I really wanted) was a way to officially, finally extend my love for the Broncos into a year-round “problem.”
Great post, and a serious thanks to all of you that keep this site up. It’s a great place for people like me who no longer live in Broncos territory to be able to communicate with intelligent sports fans, not to mention Bronco fans!

Kyle, thank you a ton for this website!!! This is one of the few things i actually look forward to seein during the day. Whenever i get any kind of spare time, my first thought is always: “I wonder whats going on with the broncos” and this site has been extremely amazing on keeping up with all of the new stuff. Thanks a ton for doin’ what you do!!!
