He has always desired to run the whole show (and has the last few years). I might point out that there have been some good years since '02, but it's far from the success of the late '90's. I think the distrubing thing out of this affair is the fact that anyone who dares to offer a different view from the chief might be removed. Maybe not for a first offense, but if you raise your hand too many times (even for darn good reasons), you may risk your job. I have nothing but respect for our Head Coach. But our EVP of Football Operations seems to be making some odd moves and I don't think a room full of yes-men makes for good council. I mean, but look how stupid that is: you are going to fire your GM because your over-the-hill safety who will play ONE more year is mad?
