The personal conduct policy is vague to say the least.  It&#039;s basically at Roger Goodell&#039;s discretion.

For instance, Jared Allen was charged twice with DUI in the offseason, and received a four-game suspension.  His suspension was dropped to two games.

With Marshall&#039;s previous history, although those charges were dropped, I wouldn&#039;t be surprised to see him hit with a 2 game charge or something of that matter.  But I&#039;d expect it come once the season is over.</description>

		<description>What I don&#039;t get is that you smoke pot and get a year long ban and probably get thrown off the team.  You get arrested for DUI and you get a slap on the wrist and told not to do it again.  I know it&#039;s not been proven yet and he&#039;s innocent until proven guilty but are the two reactions in proportion?

Does this new NFL code of conduct have anything in it to suspend players if / when convicted of something like this?</description>
