		<description>I agree with you.  I would be very surprised if there weren&#039;t some pretty big shake-ups on the defensive side of the ball over the next two weeks.  Shanahan does NOT allow this type of play from the defense (or the team).  I just hope it&#039;s not pinned on D.J. Williams.  I truly feel like it&#039;s not for his (or any single player&#039;s) fault.  It&#039;s the scheme.  It just hasn&#039;t worked from day one.</description>
