I loved his plan to walk the sidelines during games and I love his desire to get our D pumped up! I know the guys still have to go out and play on Sunday, but I really like everything I've seen Jim Bates working on. And I don't know about you, but the news that our 310 pound DE Marcus Thomas can do a standing flip REALLY impressed me!
